It is with great pleasure that we are announcing the promotion of Megan Murray to Director of Customer Success at Burst.

Megan worked at Burst as an intern and joined us full-time after she graduated from Harvard. Megan’s work over the past 3 years has been outstanding and her dedication and commitment to our company and our clients has been exemplary.

Megan has consistently demonstrated her ability to think strategically, solve problems and execute solutions. She has always shown initiative in the performance of her duties and goes above and beyond what is expected of her to ensure that Burst delivers the highest level of service and a path to success for our customers.

As the Director, Megan will provide leadership for our Customer Success team and oversee the development and execution of our efforts with new and existing clients.
